All activities will be held in Madrid, Spain.

  • Los asistentes a las conferencias acreditados por stand o habiendo pagado la entrada, deberán confirmar su presencia mediante email info@congresodelron.com a la atención de Virginia, es importante acreditar con nombre y apellidos a las personas antes del 1 May. Las acreditaciones que no cumplan los requisitos quedaran denegadas, es importante confirmar si se necesitara sistema de traducción, ya que es una empresa externa a la organización, la encargada del sistema de interpretación. Los asistentes dispondrán de una pulsera VIP que les permitirá entrar a todos los accesos del festival, así como la zona VIP del Festival.
  • Los horarios de las conferencias serán:

                      -Monday May 27, 2098 of 9:30 a 19:30 hours.

                      -Tuesday 28 May 2019 shall 9:30 a 19:30 hours.

Los dos días habrá un descanso de 30 minutos por la mañana y 1:30 para la comida por cuenta del asistente. Diferentes restaurantes se encuentran en los alrededores a elección del asistente.

  • El temario de las conferencias será publicado en la web del congreso www.CongresoDelRon.com
  • La entrada a las conferencias solo será a las personas acreditadas por cada stand, siendo trabajadores en activo de la empresa expositora. No se podrán ni vender ni ceder dichas entradas al congreso. La organización se reserva el derecho de admisión.

RULES

 This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid – Spain on 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited space and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand,  should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

Opens the deadline read the instructions carefully before signing, the price per person is300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 1 May 2015),, register does not ensure a spot in the conference, there will be a strict order of registration for entries in the order received.

Please fill out all fields well, will be the basis on which The Rum University issued the certification of attendance

The value includes not canceled program days 27 and 28 May

Pre-registration ensures no spot in the event.

The letter of assistance required to embassies or consulates will be issued once the registration is legalized.

The organization is not responsible for measures to consulates or embassies for the issuance of an entry visa to Spain, or take responsibility for these procedures.

Please report after verifying space availability.

People who have canceled registration and reminded with at least one month prior to the event their non-attendance will have a refund 80 % the amount paid, This value is deducted financial costs of reinstatement, One month or less to hold the event will reimburse the 60%.

  • Los asistentes a las conferencias acreditados por stand o habiendo pagado la entrada, deberán confirmar su presencia mediante email info@congresodelron.com a la atención de Virginia, es importante acreditar con nombre y apellidos a las personas antes del 1 May. Las acreditaciones que no cumplan los requisitos quedaran denegadas, es importante confirmar si se necesitara sistema de traducción, ya que es una empresa externa a la organización, la encargada del sistema de interpretación. Los asistentes dispondrán de una pulsera VIP que les permitirá entrar a todos los accesos del festival, así como la zona VIP del Festival.

RULES

This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid - Spain day 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited seating and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand, should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

Opens the deadline read the instructions carefully before signing, the price per person is 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 1 May 2015),, register does not ensure a spot in the conference, there will be a strict order of registration for entries in the order received.

The letter of assistance required to embassies or consulates will be issued once the registration is legalized.

People who have canceled registration and reminded with at least one month prior to the event their non-attendance will have a refund 80 % the amount paid, This value is deducted financial costs of reinstatement, One month or less to hold the event will reimburse the 60%.

  • Los asistentes a las conferencias acreditados por stand o habiendo pagado la entrada, deberán confirmar su presencia mediante email info@congresodelron.com a la atención de Virginia, es importante acreditar con nombre y apellidos a las personas antes del 1 May. Las acreditaciones que no cumplan los requisitos quedaran denegadas, es importante confirmar si se necesitara sistema de traducción, ya que es una empresa externa a la organización, la encargada del sistema de interpretación. Los asistentes dispondrán de una pulsera VIP que les permitirá entrar a todos los accesos del festival, así como la zona VIP del Festival.

RULES

This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid - Spain day 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited seating and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand, should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

Opens the deadline read the instructions carefully before signing, the price per person is 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 1 May 2015),, register does not ensure a spot in the conference, there will be a strict order of registration for entries in the order received.

  • Los asistentes a las conferencias acreditados por stand o habiendo pagado la entrada, deberán confirmar su presencia mediante email info@congresodelron.com a la atención de Virginia, es importante acreditar con nombre y apellidos a las personas antes del 1 May. Las acreditaciones que no cumplan los requisitos quedaran denegadas, es importante confirmar si se necesitara sistema de traducción, ya que es una empresa externa a la organización, la encargada del sistema de interpretación. Los asistentes dispondrán de una pulsera VIP que les permitirá entrar a todos los accesos del festival, así como la zona VIP del Festival.

  • La entrada a las conferencias solo será a las personas acreditadas por cada stand, siendo trabajadores en activo de la empresa expositora. No se podrán ni vender ni ceder dichas entradas al congreso. La organización se reserva el derecho de admisión.

RULES

This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid - Spain day 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited seating and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand, should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

Opens the deadline read the instructions carefully before signing, the price per person is 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 1 May 2015),, register does not ensure a spot in the conference, there will be a strict order of registration for entries in the order received.

Please fill out all fields well, will be the basis on which The Rum University issued the certification of attendance

The value includes not canceled program days 27 and 28 May

Pre-registration ensures no spot in the event.

The letter of assistance required to embassies or consulates will be issued once the registration is legalized.

The organization is not responsible for measures to consulates or embassies for the issuance of an entry visa to Spain, or take responsibility for these procedures.

Please report after verifying space availability.

People who have canceled registration and reminded with at least one month prior to the event their non-attendance will have a refund 80 % the amount paid, This value is deducted financial costs of reinstatement, One month or less to hold the event will reimburse the 60%.

RULES

This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid - Spain day 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited seating and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand, should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

Opens the deadline read the instructions carefully before signing, the price per person is 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 1 May 2015),, register does not ensure a spot in the conference, there will be a strict order of registration for entries in the order received.

People who have canceled registration and reminded with at least one month prior to the event their non-attendance will have a refund 80 % the amount paid, This value is deducted financial costs of reinstatement, One month or less to hold the event will reimburse the 60%.

  • Los asistentes a las conferencias acreditados por stand o habiendo pagado la entrada, deberán confirmar su presencia mediante email info@congresodelron.com a la atención de Virginia, es importante acreditar con nombre y apellidos a las personas antes del 1 May. Las acreditaciones que no cumplan los requisitos quedaran denegadas, es importante confirmar si se necesitara sistema de traducción, ya que es una empresa externa a la organización, la encargada del sistema de interpretación. RULES

This is MANDATORY correction in dress. Being MANDATORY jacket for men or guayabera, those who carry a clothing unfit for conferences will be banned from entering the conference room, resembolsandole not the price paid(No permit or shorts and sandals for men)

The aim of the cycle lectures is to open a meeting place in La Masia de Jose Luis, Madrid - Spain day 25 and 26 May 2014, between 10:00 and 20:00 hours, for producers, distributors, suppliers of inputs and raw materials and consumers both America and Europe, facilitating an exchange of views and concerns, and detailed knowledge and market depth, origin, elaboration, type, News and Trends, which will be taught by knowledgeable industry professionals of international ronero.

The conference will last up 45 minutes each, with a break of 30 minutes every two conferences, for free lunch time is two hours. The official language of the lecture will be the Spanish, however the organization reserves the right to make the translation into Spanish or English according to the lectures offered.

The Organization will provide each attendee accreditation , which is obligatory to carry during the event, the quota will be limited, reserving the right to admission.

The cost for registration will 300 euros,( 250 euros for payments before 15 April 2015), Please check space availability before making the appropriation, This value does not include shipping costs, space is limited. The conference attendees are invited by the stands with limited seating and organization. Other participants remain on the waiting list until the organization supports increased quota (100 people).

It is of enrollment It is performed by a participating company in the event by stand, should be the contact person of the company, which provide data for pre-registration.(BY NOW open only to active employees)

PROCEDURE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION:

People who have canceled registration and reminded with at least one month prior to the event their non-attendance will have a refund 80 % the amount paid, This value is deducted financial costs of reinstatement, One month or less to hold the event will reimburse the 60%.
